GatorGlide coatings are non-stick, Teflon®-like, water based industrial release coatings. GatorGlide G2 & G4 are designed for Airboat bottoms but are found to have many more applications such as MUD Boats, duck boats, canoes and layout boats or anything that you would want to glide across any surface.

GatorGlide ease of application and re-application is surpassed by none.

1.       A light sanding (NO GRINDING w/ HEAVY GRIT WHEELS).

2.       A good wipe with acetone.

3.       You're ready for your application.

There is no need to turn the boat over.

No removing of your:

·         Works ie. cage ,rake. seats, steering etc.

·         Electronics

·         Prop

·         Motor and stand

·         Fuel tank

For re-application it would require the same except only in the areas that are worn.

You don't have to recoat the entire bottom.

Here's a look at the bottom of my boat after the last duck season, running allot of dry ground and punching a big rock which I stood up out of the water with the impact.  Touchup took 1.5 hrs, soup to nuts, chain hoist, lifting boat, sanding, wiping with acetone, painting it on, mixing product wait time between coats and a beer...or two
